This training teaches
the main Realization Process attunement exercises,
for directly experiencing the subtle dimension
of nondual, unmodified consciousness. In Realization
Process, the openness of nondual realization is
based on deep contact with the internal space
of one's body. We therefore uncover a qualitative,
authentic experience of ourselves as individuals
at the same time as we transcend our individuality.
When two people attune to nondual awareness together,
they experience mutual transparency: a single
expanse of awareness pervading them both as a
unity.
The Realization Process exercises integrate fundamental,
nondual consciousness with the whole body, open
the chakras and energy channels and refine perception
so that you can see, hear and touch on a more
subtle level. This training also teaches
how to perceive and release subtle psychological
holding patterns from the body and subtle consciousness.
Two pilot studies at New York University
Medical School showed that the Realization Process
exercises reduce symptoms of post-traumatic stress
and increase positive moods.

This training prepares and authorizes
you to teach the meditation aspect of Realization
Process.
Participants will learn the main Realization
Process exercises for realizing fundamental consciousness,
attuning to the subtle core of the body, refining
the breath, refining perception, experiencing
the essential qualities of being and relating
to other people while remaining in fundamental
consciousness. They will also learn how to help
people overcome specific obstacles to spiritual
awakening. The Realization Process exercises can
help deepen meditation practice for both beginning
and advanced participants. The training will also
be an opportunity for intensive practice of Realization
Process meditation.
A certificate is awarded at the end of
the program.
