The training program in Subtle Self Work teaches the application of the
Realization Process exercises to personal healing, integration, and development. It also teaches specific exercises for recognizing and releasing the emotional wounds, defenses and compensatory attitudes that are held in the body and that conceal our authentic nature. Emphasis is given to helping people remain connected with themselves while experiencing deep connection with other people.
Subtle Self Work helps accomplish the main tasks of personal healing by developing authenticity and self-possession, by cultivating the essential qualities of being, and by deepening the capacity for intimacy. Our spiritual essence is beyond injury. By connecting to it, even deeply rooted effects of trauma can be alleviated. At New York University Medical School, two pilot studies showed that the Realization Process exercises reduced symptoms of post-traumatic stress disorder.
This training includes the relational aspect of Realization Process. Participants learn how to remain in unified consciousness while relating to clients. This deepens the capacity for empathy, and refines perception so that you can discern subtle energetic holding patterns within the body. Participants also learn how to help people release defensive organizations from the body, and maintain that release by inhabiting the subtle internal space of the body.
Above all, this is an opportunity to deepen and stabilize your realization of nondual reality.

Realization Process
One-Day Workshop
Led by Judith Blackstone
July 24, 2010 - 10:00-5:00
In Santa Rosa
Cost - $130
|
This workshop teaches a series of attunement exercises, called Realization Process, for directly experiencing one’s own being as nondual consciousness, and for maintaining nondual realization in relationships with other people. In this approach, the radical openness of nondual realization is based on deep contact with the internal space of one’s body and access to the “wisdom channel” in the subtle core of the body. We therefore uncover a qualitative, authentic experience of ourselves as individuals at the same time as we transcend our individuality. When two people attune to nondual awareness together, they experience mutual transparency: a single expanse of awareness pervading them both as a unity. The workshop will also explore the relationship between psychological healing and nondual realization. Two pilot studies at New York University Medical School showed that Realization Process reduces symptoms of post-traumatic stress and enhances positive mood.

This training is for parents, teachers and therapists working with children.
Realization Process teaches children to find both calm and vitality within themselves. This training combines visual aids, music and movement with the Realization Process exercises to help children awaken their innate qualities of love, understanding and personal strength. Children learn how to interact with others from a secure, peaceful place. This work is especially helpful in times of stress or transition. In Kathleen's ten years of teaching Realization Process to children, she has had success in helping them alleviate anxiety, depression, the symptoms of ADHD and sensory processing issues. The work also helps with anger management. |

This training teaches the embodiment aspect of Realization Process. It includes the main Realization Process meditation exercises, as well as a sequence for contacting and moving through the spiritual essence in the internal space of the body. This method will help you develop fluidity, ease and balance, and awaken to spiritual reality throughout your whole body.
The Realization Process exercises integrate fundamental,
nondual consciousness with the whole body, open
the chakras and energy channels and refine perception
so that you can see, hear and touch on a more
subtle level. This training also teaches
how to perceive and release subtle psychological
holding patterns from the body and subtle consciousness.
It can be of particular use to psychotherapists and bodyworkers who want to refine their healing abilities, and to dancers who want to refine their art. When we embody unified consciousness, we perceive, understand, feel, touch and move with the whole breadth of our being. |
